He is a specialist in the design and deployment of high-impact digital solutions—including multi-platform applications, decision-support dashboards, business portals, and HR performance systems—aimed at improving decision-making, productivity, and value creation. He has led numerous large-scale projects across their entire lifecycle (needs analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and go-live), notably delivering KPI dashboards, performance management platforms, and reporting systems adopted by thousands of users and executive teams.
His expertise further covers IT governance, infrastructure and network performance, and the delivery of complex digital projects in multi-site and international environments (Algeria, France, Spain). Senior Engineering Team Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with recognized expertise in project engineering, technical team management, and HSE leadership. His career has been shaped by the delivery of large-scale industrial projects carried out in complex environments with high technical, safety, and regulatory stakes.
He has contributed to major projects covering the entire life cycle of facilities, from conceptual studies, FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and detailed engineering, through to construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of installations. His experience includes the supervision of Central Processing Facility (CPFs) as well as the development and management of large-scale pipeline networks exceeding 550 km.
With dual training in chemical engineering and HSE engineering, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong safety and environmental culture. He has supported project start-ups through his contribution to hazard studies, environmental studies, and associated regulatory processes, ensuring the integration of HSE requirements from the early project phases.
